Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a forward-looking, competitive A&T technology roadmap informed by market and technology trends
  • Ensure the roadmap supports increased revenue, improved margin, consistent delivery outcomes and the launch of new go-to-market offerings

  • Drive the consistent adoption and effective usage of A&T solutions across the business
  • Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement and increased automation

Product & Vendor Management

  • Support countries in designing solution estates that meet local compliance and operational requirements whilst minimising complexity
  • Provide oversight and assurance across major A&T technology programmes, ensuring scope, budget and plan are well-managed and outcomes delivered

Ideal Candidate Background & Experience

  • Proven experience leading technology transformation programmes in a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation and enterprise application strategy
  • Experience managing complex, multi-country technology estates
  • Track record of vendor management, solution selection and contract negotiation
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across a global, matrixed organisation

Personal Attributes

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment with high accountability
  • Strong communicator — able to translate complex technology decisions into clear business narratives
  • Outcome-focused with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Immediately available or on a short notice period
