Summary: The Application Support Lead is responsible for overseeing application support and maintenance within the Telecom domain, leveraging extensive experience in ITIL processes and team leadership. The role requires strong technical skills in various technologies, including ArcGIS and Oracle Spatial, as well as hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems. The individual will also engage in problem management, change management, and capacity management activities, ensuring effective operations and support for junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application support and maintenance in the Telecom domain.
- Lead a team and ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and manage recurring issues.
- Create workarounds for junior team members.
- Perform change management, planning, coordination, and deployment in pre-prod and prod environments.
- Responsible for CSIP and automation of manual jobs/activities.
- Analyze vulnerabilities and implement fixes.
- Conduct capacity management and disaster recovery activities.
- Create SOPs for L1 and L2 junior resources.
