Description
Maintain close communication with business users and IT teams to deliver AI solution that applicable to our business
Participate in delivering AI solutions including requirement gathering development testing implementation and maintenance
Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to derive insights and inform decisions
Develop predictive models and algorithms or leverage Gen AI technology to build use cases for business and evaluate their performance
Monitor model performance of a regular basis
Collaborate with Engineering team to move models from prototyping to production stage on Cloud Platform
What you will need to succeed in the role
Masters degree in Computer Science Mathematical Computation or preferably a Masters degree in AI or Data Science Master is nice to have A Bachelors degree in Computer Science is a minimum requirement
Experience with Generative AI Large Language Model LLM Open Source Models Agentic AI and knowhow of applying Generative AI into different use cases via Prompt Engineering RAG Retrieval Augmentation Generation or finetuning techniques
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts eg regression mixedmodels structural equation modelling machine learningdeep learning in data analysis and experience with applications
Experience in creating and using machine learning algorithms models eg clustering regression decision trees simulation scenario analysis neural networks
Experience with at least one of the following tools TensorFlow Keras or similar
Experience with programming languages in data science or Enterprise application development eg Java R or Python
Experience with Google Cloud Platform BigQuery Dataflow DataProc PubSub etc would be a big plus
Exposure to all stages of the Enterprise application development process from design development testing through to implementation and training 10 years and above working experience
What additional skills will be good to have
Experience with the following technologies Hadoop Spark YARN Kafka Hive HBase MapReduce RESTful services Nosql database such as Mongo would be an advantage
Team player and experience working in global teams with members in different locations
Aptitude to independently learn new technologies
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English
