- Own and coordinate all RFPs, tenders, due diligence questionnaires, and ad-hoc commercial requests.
- Act as the central point of control for global RFP activity.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to craft compelling responses.
- Maintain and improve a centralised RFP answer library.
- Train sales teams on the RFP process.
- Review and improve sales and business development processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter ways of working.
- Ensure alignment with governance and control requirements.
- Provide management information and reporting.
- Coordinate CRM and system improvements.
- Support onboarding and sales training.
- Act as a central commercial contact point.
- Support procurement processes.
- Produce periodic sales updates.
- Support QBRs and reporting.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years in sales operations, RFPs, or commercial environments.
- Proven RFP/bid management experience.
