Summary: The Business Analyst will join the Current Accounts Change Team within Retail Banking, focusing on driving change initiatives related to current account propositions, payments, and customer journeys. The role requires recent knowledge and experience in these areas to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders and participation in Agile ceremonies. The analyst will also ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and validate requirements from EPIC through to Story level.
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and impact assessments to support delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Technology teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and control requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of current accounts, payments, overdrafts, and customer journeys is essential.
  • Experience in Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, and user story creation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of banking compliance, risk management, and regulatory obligations.

Salary (Rate): £312.00/daily

Job Title: Business Analyst

Rate: £312 per day Umbrella

Location: Knutsford - onsite 2-3x per week

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our clients Current Accounts Change Team within Retail Banking. You will play a key role in driving change initiatives across current account propositions, payments, and customer journeys, ensuring solutions enhance customer experience, compliance, and operational efficiency. Recent knowledge and experience of current accounts, payments, overdrafts, and customer journeys is essential.
