Summary: The Business Analyst will join the Current Accounts Change Team within Retail Banking, focusing on driving change initiatives related to current account propositions, payments, and customer journeys. Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements from EPIC through to Story level.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and impact assessments to support delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Technology teams to design and implement solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and control requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of current accounts, payments, overdrafts, and customer journeys is essential.
- Experience in Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, and user story creation.
