TheImpact.team are working with a medical device company and are undertaking an Operating Model Consulting assignment to review the current ways of working. Commencing with the Software Development Life Cycle the role is to design a product aligned operating model to enable Product development to align with Governance, Risk and Sales priorities. This is a change management assignment initially undertaking a discovery phase followed by scope definition and Implementation.
Candidates should have consulting experience in Change management, be well versed in Agile ways of working and Jira process flows.
