Key Responsibilities:
- Leading project and change activity across multiple phases of a large reform programme.
- Turning high-level legislative and policy intent into clear, deliverable change plans.
- Building and maintaining structured delivery plans covering milestones, risks, dependencies and resources.
- Supporting the journey from early design through to formal approvals and governance.
- Acting as a central point of coordination across policy, digital and operational teams.
- Engaging with cross-government stakeholders to understand and manage reform impacts.
- Designing and running workshops to define process changes and operational requirements.
- Providing clarity and assurance to senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
