Key Responsibilities:
- Leading requirements discovery for the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
- Working closely with engineering, architecture and delivery teams to bridge business and technical needs
- Documenting as-is and to-be processes, data flows and system interactions
- Producing clear artefacts including business requirements, functional specs, user stories and process maps
- Supporting data and system mapping between legacy and target solutions
- Identifying risks, dependencies and gaps throughout the migration lifecycle
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to validate scope, priorities and outcomes
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on legacy system migrations
- Strong background in complex, enterprise-scale change programmes
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of system integration, data migration and dependencies
- Confident producing high-quality documentation and analysis artefacts
