What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with Account Management teams to deliver agreed outcomes from Partner meetings, proactively managing Partner orders and conducting outbound calls to obtain required assets and information, ensuring timely end-to-end contract case handling, improving resolution times, and freeing up Account Manager capacity.
- Working with Sales on large Partner tasks outside of usual day to day workload, to support our Partners with higher revenue based contractual changes.
- Helping work towards the agreed team objectives (the team OKR’s) that contribute to the wider Rightmove mission.
- Ensuring that any changes to Partner packages and products are completed accurately first time, helping towards the team mission of reducing Partner credits.
- Supporting Media Agencies and our Purchase Order process with the use of reporting and administration, ensuring purchase orders for payment are all accounted for and chased in on time.
- Occasionally joining showcases to support new products, services and tools that will benefit our Partners, and sharing back learnings to the team.
- Supporting our Invoicing team with inbound calls and tasks at peak points in the month, to ensure our Partners receive an efficient level of service within all aspects of their journey with us.
- Working across multiple business units and processing functions, flexing between aligned tasks based on demand and volume fluctuations, moving beyond a single specialism to support wider team priorities.
- Providing daily flexible support to wider Customer Experience teams by assisting with phone lines and workload tasks as needed, ensuring consistent coverage and responsiveness across teams.
