Summary: We are seeking an experienced Copilot Technical Architect/Technical Governance Analyst to support the governance, security, and technical control framework for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform services within a complex enterprise environment. This role will focus on translating high-level governance and control requirements into robust, platform-native technical solutions, ensuring secure and compliant deployment at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical authority on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform governance
- Design and implement governance controls using the Power Platform Admin Centre and Centre of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit
- Translate enterprise-level control, risk, and security requirements into specific technical configurations
- Perform detailed technical deep dives across Copilot and Power Platform services
- Conduct gap analysis between regulatory/governance requirements and native platform capabilities
- Advise on best-practice architecture, control patterns, and scalable governance models
- Work closely with security, risk, compliance, and engineering stakeholders to align technical solutions with control objectives
- Document architectural decisions, governance patterns, and technical recommendations clearly and concisely
Key Skills:
- 7+ years' experience in a technical role, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms, security, or technical governance
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform Admin Centre
- Proven experience using the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, particularly its governance and monitoring capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or high-level control requirements into concrete technical implementations
- Experience performing technical gap analysis within regulated or highly controlled environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
