Role Overview

A 6-month contract role based in London (office-based), seeking an experienced CyberArk Subject Matter Expert to lead Privileged Access Management initiatives across a large enterprise. The position covers the full life cycle of PAM delivery - from implementation and architecture through to governance, risk reduction, and compliance. The successful candidate will act as the primary CyberArk authority, driving platform maturity and operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CyberArk implementation, deployment, upgrades, patching, and DR setup across all PAS components.
• Design CyberArk architecture and configure safes, platforms, and security policies aligned to enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain CPM plugins and PSM connectors to support seamless onboarding of applications and infrastructure.
• Integrate CyberArk with AD/LDAP, IGA tools, SIEM, and ServiceNow, including API-based automation, while supporting audits and compliance reporting.
• Identify and remediate privileged access risks including orphan accounts, shared credentials, and password gaps, driving continuous PAM maturity improvement.

Top 5 Skills

• CyberArk PAM expertise - 8+ years of IT experience with deep, hands-on CyberArk knowledge across solution design, implementation, upgrades, migration, and platform architecture; CyberArk Defender (PAM-Defender) certification is mandatory.
• PSM & CPM development - Proven experience developing PSM connectors and CPM plugins, with strong troubleshooting capability across Vault, PSM, and CPM components.
• PAM governance & compliance - Demonstrated ability to define and implement PAM strategy and frameworks, support audits, and meet regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Third-party integrations - Experience integrating CyberArk with SIEM, IAM tools, AD/LDAP, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms, including REST API-based automation.
• Account discovery & onboarding - Hands-on experience driving discovery and onboarding of Servers, databases, network devices, and service accounts at enterprise scale.
