Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting & Analytics Engineer to design, build, and optimise modern data analytics solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake, and modern data architecture principles such as Data Fabric and Data Products to enable scalable, business-driven insights and self-service analytics.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (data modelling, DAX, performance optimisation)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform
- Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Data Fabric)
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration frameworks
- Understanding of modern data architectures (Data Fabric, Data Products, Lakehouse)
- Exposure to DataOps tools such as DataOps.live
- Knowledge of real-time/streaming data architectures
Data Governance & Analytics
- Experience implementing data governance, data quality, and cataloguing frameworks
- Understanding of data security and regulatory compliance requirements
- Ability to enable self-service BI and data democratization
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into analytics platforms
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
