Summary: The Data Analyst Specialist role involves supporting a Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand by enhancing data analytics and managing data from various internal systems. The position requires collaboration with the Data Analyst team to provide insights to senior management through digital documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, particularly within DTC, retail, or eCommerce sectors, and must be fluent in Korean. This role is critical for driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use SQL to query and join datasets across multiple structured and semi-structured internal sources.
  • Gather requirements to design and implement robust data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Build and maintain clear, user-friendly dashboards in Excel, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or other tools to support commercial and operational teams.
  • Work closely with the SEC European Headquarters Marketing team and circa 20 communication partners to share findings.
  • Automate and scale reporting processes while supporting ad-hoc deep-dives and exploratory analysis.
  • Pick up in-flight workstreams and support teams in achieving key targets.
  • Transform raw data into structured formats to provide correct information and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or equivalent role, ideally within a DTC, retail, or eCommerce business.
  • Fluent or Native Korean Speaking.
  • Hands-on expertise with Excel and SQL, along with proficiency in at least one BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a strong academic background in numerical fields such as maths or statistics.
  • Structured and methodical working practices with the ability to pull out insights from diverse datasets.
  • Able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting to stakeholder needs.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quickly in a fast-moving environment.

The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand, which is looking to hire a Data Analyst Specialist. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the business by running, extending, and enhancing data analytics in collaboration with the Data Analyst team. This means meticulously managing data from multiple internal systems to ensure accuracy and providing high-level insights to senior management through digitalised documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance & Analysis: Use SQL to query and join datasets across multiple structured and semi-structured internal sources.
  • Data Management: Gather requirements to design and implement robust data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain clear, user-friendly dashboards in Excel, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or other tools to support commercial and operational teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the SEC European Headquarters Marketing team and circa 20 communication partners to share findings and findings.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent or Native Korean Speaking
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Excel and SQL, along with proficiency in at least one BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a strong academic background in numerical fields such as maths or statistics.
  • Detail-Oriented: Structured and methodical working practices with the ability to pull out insights from diverse datasets.

Please note this role doesn't offer sponsorship. The day rate is up £220 a day inside IR35, with the initial contract length for at least six months, with possible extension
