Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and effectiveness of ASR Group's UK digital ecosystem. This role involves shaping and delivering digital strategies across various channels, optimizing performance, and managing brand websites and social media. The position requires collaboration with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution and brand storytelling. The role is a 10-month fixed-term contract based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver digital strategies to grow engagement, reach and traffic across social and owned channels
  • Own and manage brand websites, ensuring continuous optimisation aligned to brand and e-commerce objectives
  • Lead social content planning, SEO, PPC and outbound email programmes, holding agencies accountable for performance
  • Oversee third-party e-commerce listings (e.g. Amazon), optimising customer acquisition and conversion
  • Integrate digital activity with brand campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and tone of voice
  • Monitor and analyse performance across social, web and competitive landscapes, managing KPIs and ROI
  • Manage assigned budgets and contribute to annual planning

Key Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing, delivering integrated digital campaigns, preferably with Amazon & Ocado experience
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce storefronts and driving acquisition and conversion
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and paid media channels
  • Advanced analytical skills, including Google Analytics (GA4) and A/B testing
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities

Digital Marketing Manager (10 month FTC)

Location: Bedford Street, London (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home).

The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to drive the growth and effectiveness of our UK digital ecosystem. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will shape and deliver the digital strategy across our owned channels, optimise performance, and unlock measurable value for our brands. You will take ownership of brand websites, social channels, e-commerce storefronts and digital analytics, working with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution and consistent brand storytelling.
