Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in handling anti-corruption and international risk matters.
- Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to disputes and regulatory issues.
- Understand and apply intermediate e-discovery and computer forensics concepts.
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on case updates.
- Conduct sanctions media searches.
- Handle ad hoc requests as required.
Key Skills:
- A strong academic background educated to degree level or above.
- Minimum of 3 years similar experience in a law firm.
- Good knowledge of E-discovery and the litigation process.
