My client, a specialist high precision component and machine manufacturer, have a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Service Manager.

This role is the main point of contact for customers experiencing issues with CNC machinery, you will provide guidance and support and prepare accurate quotations for spares and machine repair. An ideal opportunity to move from an engineering shop floor role, into a support and client-driven position.

The Job:

  • A desk-based position, suitable for an engineering wanting to move away from the shop floor.
  • Respond to technical enquiries, provide support pm troubleshooting machine faults.
  • Lead and support a team of service engineers, offering technical guidance.
  • Work closely with engineering, software, and production teams.
  • Manage the service schedule and coordinate with customers and internal team to coordinate travel arrangements.
