Summary: The Enterprise Data Architect role involves supporting a large public sector digital transformation program through architecture and assurance responsibilities. The position requires defining enterprise data strategies and ensuring compliance with data architecture across multiple projects. The role is predominantly remote with occasional on-site work in Glasgow and requires NPPV Level 3 vetting. This is a 12-month contract classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and assure enterprise data architecture and roadmaps
  • Lead data modelling, integration, access and analytics design
  • Translate business requirements into data architecture options and designs
  • Define and assure non-functional requirements for data platforms
  • Support procurement by assuring and scoring supplier responses
  • Review and assure high- and low-level data designs
  • Identify technical and business risks associated with data decisions
  • Present complex data architecture clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Enterprise Data Architect, 12 month Contract Inside IR35. April Start needed. Predominantly remote, with occasional on-site work in Glasgow. NPPV Level 3 vetting required (or ability to obtain). Client-Side | Public Sector Digital Transformation

We’re building a pool of experienced Enterprise Data Architects to support a large, complex public sector transformation programme. This is a client-side architecture and assurance role, with mandatory involvement in data, information and non-functional design decisions across multiple projects. You’ll shape enterprise data strategy, assure designs, and support procurement and implementation decisions — not deliver hands-on builds.
