Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing, access, kiosks, operational hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Assist site with hardware/ desk/ office/ boardroom setup as requested
- Execute supported directed tasks for network or server support on-site by escalations teams.
- Provide first level troubleshooting and support for Applications
- Capture, store and update in-scope site information.
- EUC Hardware (Laptops, Desktops) set-up, deployment, collection/re-imaging.
- Mobile devices (phone/tablets) set-up, deployment, collection.
- Software/Application Installation (Country/Site specific).
- Basic Printing. Network and server troubleshooting support).
- Provide New Hire Induction.
- Manage local end user asset inventory and life cycle of assets.
- Provide first level support for meeting room devices (VC devices, projectors, displays etc.,)
- Provide first level support for warehouse devices (RF Equipment’s, voice equipment’s, Vehicle mounted units, label/thermal printers etc.,)
- Maintain onsite inventory of supported devices
