Key Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee day-to-day finance operations across local teams and centralized shared service providers.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Maintain high standards of financial reporting quality and consistency across the organization.
- Partner with treasury and operational stakeholders to forecast, monitor, and optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Drive delivery of key working capital and liquidity KPIs.
- Identify, develop, and execute cost efficiency and productivity initiatives across finance and operations.
- Design, maintain, and operate a strong internal control environment aligned with group policies and accounting standards.
- Own internal and external audit readiness, including coordination, issue resolution, and remediation.
- Proactively identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and implement mitigation actions.

The role reports directly into the Netherlands CFO and partners closely with wider group senior leadership and operational teams to ensure strong financial execution, effective controls, scalable processes, and high-quality decision support.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within Media or SaaS, acquisition or merger exposure and have proven capability in managing teams of 6 people.
