The Finance Director responsibilities will include supporting the leadership team and taking responsibility for the financial function. Additionally, the Finance Director will commercialise the business, create KPIs and strategic metrics, as well as improving full board reporting. As the financial number one, you will be crucial in planning the future growth of the company and realising the company vision.
The ideal Finance Director:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
- Developed new systems and processes as a business has grown whilst maintaining day to day control.
- Be a capable communicator and be able to present to both investors and shareholders.
- Having experience in a Private Equity backed businesses.
- Ability to mentor and motivate the finance team.
