As a contract Manual Tester, you are hired to execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing on software applications, systems, and platforms where human judgement and exploratory testing remain essential alongside or instead of automated test suites. Contract engagements typically involve designing and executing test cases from requirements or user stories, logging and triaging defects, verifying fixes, and reporting on test progress and coverage.
