As a contract UX Designer, you are hired to research, design, and validate the user experiences delivered by digital products and services, taking responsibility for understanding user needs, defining interaction patterns and user flows, creating wireframes and prototypes, testing designs with real users, and iterating on the design based on user feedback and product data. The UX Designer role spans from discovery, where research and insight generation define the design opportunity, through ideation and concept development, into detailed interaction design and the handover to engineering.
