Summary: Starfish Search is assisting a Local Authority in the North to find an Interim Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Digital, Change and Technology). The role involves leading digital, change, and corporate functions to drive transformation and delivery across the Council. Key responsibilities include overseeing transformation programmes, managing digital and ICT services, and contributing to the Corporate and Senior Leadership Team.
