Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management information packs and lead follow-up meetings with senior stakeholders
- Distribute monthly P&Ls and support performance review meetings
- Analyse detailed KPIs to identify trends, risks and future pipeline issues
- Provide commercial insight, commentary and recommendations to support decision-making
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support operational, financial and capacity management
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
- Prepare weekly financial and KPI reporting
- Support senior finance leadership with refinancing activity, including analysis and data consolidation
- Ensure all reporting deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy and detail
Key Skills:
- CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience within the legal or professional services sector (desirable)
