About the Role
The IT Executive Support Engineer provides technical support for laptops, applications, email, mobile devices, and basic-to-advanced Microsoft Intune and Office 365 administration depending on competency level. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support users across Windows, Mac devices, and cloud-based productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for laptops (Windows & Mac), desktops, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications across user devices.
- Support Office 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Resolve email configuration, MFA, and account access issues.
- Perform Intune tasks based on competency level (L1/L2).
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, printing, and authentication issues.
- Document fixes, update knowledge base, and improve SOPs.
- Deliver exceptional end-user support and customer experience.
Qualifications
2–3 years (L2) IT Support experience. Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments. Good communication and customer service skills.
Required Skills
- Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting.
- Mac OS configuration, enrollment, and basic support.
- Office 365 support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Intune basics (L1) and advanced MDM tasks (L2).
- Software installation (MSI/EXE) and troubleshooting.
- Mobile device support (iOS/Android).
- Understanding of VPN, Wi-Fi, and network basics.
Preferred Skills
- Basic troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 and Mac devices.
