Are you a dynamic, hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in your day-to-day work? In this role, you will be a key part of their UK IT Service Desk, supporting over circa users locally and assisting with remote support for an additional users in Asia. You will provide 1st line help desk support, manage hardware and software rollouts, troubleshoot application and hardware issues, and contribute to infrastructure and modernisation projects.
