We’re looking for a Landlord Relationship Specialist to join MBNL’s Operational Services function, playing a key role in ensuring reliable access to our network estate and turning complex property challenges into positive outcomes. Access to sites is critical to keeping the UK mobile network running and evolving. This role ensures that landlord issues, complaints, and access escalations are handled quickly and professionally, minimising disruption to deployment and maintenance activity while protecting long-term relationships.
Responsibilities of the Landlord Relationship Specialist:
You’ll take ownership of landlord-related casework and access incidents, ensuring they are managed, tracked, and resolved effectively. This includes:
- Managing complex landlord and access cases through to resolution
- Coordinating responses to complaints, refusals, fee disputes, and escalations
- Acting as a key contact for landlords, internal teams, shareholders, and suppliers
- Supporting safe and timely access for on-site works, including H&S remediation
- Providing insight and reporting on trends to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting governance, process improvement, and best practice development
- Helping train stakeholders on access processes and escalation routes
