- Create and provide solutions such as tooling, equipment, specifications, and training for manufacturing to enable a stable production schedule.
- Interface with business leadership, customers, and suppliers to ensure on-time execution of activities to meet business needs.
- Design and implement production improvements within manufacturing to reduce costs and improve lead times.
- Attend design reviews and identify production issues that require solving.
- Support manufacturing to ensure adequate equipment and tooling are available as requested.
- Provide innovative health and safety solutions.
- Attend Lean events and process improvement events to improve the business.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated track record of delivery in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Engineering Qualification – HNC/ HND.
