Key Responsibilities:
- Operational support of Network environments across two UK Data Centres and six manufacturing sites.
- Manage in-house ticket analysis, workgroup management, and escalations.
- Support Service utilities for regional IT operations, including Monitoring & Alerting products.
- Provide technical support across Cyber Security, Application, and Infrastructure groups.
- Promote change control processes to ensure compliance and protect service.
- Improve CMDB accuracy through asset management processes.
- Document and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT processes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical operational incidents and requests efficiently.
- Deliver customer-first service with a focus on uptime and performance.
