Key Responsibilities:
- Join the client on an initial 3-month basis as a Network Engineer.
- Manage and maintain networking systems including Routing and Switching, Cisco WiFi, Cisco DNA, Cisco ISE, Infoblox, and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and manage relationships with users, specialists, and service providers.
- Evaluate new ideas and opportunities objectively while maintaining attention to detail.
