NHS Operations Manager (NHS) x3 East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust £28.87/hr + 25 days paid holiday per year (£4.07/hr) + NHS Professionals pays for your Employer's NI (~£5.62) ==> £38.56/hr 37.5 hours per week Hybrid working: 3 to 4 days per week work from home / 1 to 2 days per week on site at Lister Hospital SG1 4AJ Expected duration is 6 months (with a good possibility of becoming permanent)
Role
We are seeking 3 experienced NHS operational managers, NHS service managers (essentially people that have a good understanding of clinical and operational workflows) to support the requirements that a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system needs to meet. You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to understand current workflows, gather requirements, design future-state processes and ensure the Electronic Patient Records solution supports the needs of services across the Trust.
