JOB DETAILS

Role Title: Oracle - Service Delivery

-Own end-to-end service delivery for Oracle applications (EBS / Oracle Cloud – HCM, Finance, Payroll) ensuring SLA and KPI compliance

-Manage incident, problem, and change management to maintain system stability and service excellence

-Act as key interface for stakeholders, driving governance, reviews, and performance reporting

-Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and delivery efficiency

-Oversee financials including budgets, cost-to-serve, RPE, and vendor/contract management

-Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and Oracle transformation initiatives (Cloud / digital)

Minimum number of relevant years of experience: 12
