Title: Organisational Design Business Partner

Description: Communication & Ops Specialist 6 months London / Hybrid We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) functions and experience within the AdTech or related technology ecosystems. This role is primarily focused on creating and executing thoughtful internal communication strategies that resonate with our unique, "human-centric" culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies tailored to various organizational initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging communications for internal audiences, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage the right people throughout the implementation of communication plans.
  • HR Integration: Leverage deep knowledge of HR processes—specifically performance management and talent management —to create relevant and impactful communications.
  • Project Launches: Manage and execute the communication strategy for a high volume of upcoming project and initiative launches.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Communications Background: Extensive experience in writing and strategic communication planning.
  • HR Knowledge: Direct experience working within or closely with HR functions, with a solid understanding of performance and talent management.
  • Industry Context: Experience within an AdTech environment, agency, or adjacent technology ecosystem is highly preferred.
