Are you a technically skilled individual with a passion for machinery and process improvement? We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Technician to support our expanding manufacturing operations. What You’ll Do

Operate and support pharmaceutical packaging machinery from top brands ensuring optimal performance. Conduct small repairs, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and machinery maintenance to keep production on track. Support packaging operators with technical guidance and line tweaks to maximise efficiency. Contribute to the setup and ongoing optimisation of packaging lines, working closely with engineering teams. Essential Skills And Qualifications

Hands-on experience with production or packaging equipment, ideally within pharma, food, beverages, or FMCG sectors. Good understanding of machinery operation, fault finding, and basic maintenance. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and support manufacturing equipment. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, possibly from engineering apprenticeships or previous technical roles. Excellent team player, proactive problem solver, and adaptable to shift work.

Nice To Have Skills

Basic knowledge of GMP standards (training can be provided). Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biologics production environments.

Preferred Education And Experience

Engineering apprentices or technically trained individuals with hands-on experience in machinery maintenance. A background working with packaging equipment in manufacturing settings.
