Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, transfers, secondments, and salary amendments.
  • Calculate and administer statutory and occupational payments including sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave.
  • Handle overtime, allowances, expenses, pension amendments, HMRC forms (P45, P60), and tax code updates.
  • Produce payroll reports, reconciliations, and presentation materials, maintaining high data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll queries, liaising with employees, pensioners, internal teams, and external bodies.

I am hiring for Payroll Analyst - (Payroll/Pay/Reward/Data entry/SharePoint/ MS Excel/Workday) Location Green Park, Reading (Hybrid – up to 3 days per week onsite)

Job Description

  • Manage weekly and monthly payroll processing , ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
