- Maintain dashboards, datasets, and reporting tools to ensure the accuracy of demand and portfolio data.
- Coordinate demand outputs for meetings, tracking delivery milestones and proactively highlighting risks.
- Support the transparency and health of the digital portfolio.
- Assist in prioritization discussions to ensure projects align with strategic roadmaps.
- Build effective partnerships across Centres of Excellence, Regions, Brands, and Digital teams.
- Act as the reliable bridge between demand requestors and technical delivery teams.
