Summary: The Power Platform Administrator role involves managing, securing, and optimizing an enterprise Power Platform environment, ensuring effective governance and smooth operation across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 services. This is a 3-month contract based in Cheshire, offered at a rate of £400 per day via an umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support environments across Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Power Platform Admin Centre
  • Manage environment capacity, lifecycle, and performance
  • Implement the Power Platform Centre of Excellence
  • Support the definition and enforcement of governance policies, including DLP policies and security roles
  • Provide guidance on solution architecture and application design
  • Collaborate with development teams, partners, and business stakeholders on environment strategy and solution deployment
  • Assist with licensing, capacity planning, and platform scalability
  • Advise on best practices for configuration, security, and compliance
  • Promote secure, scalable, and sustainable platform adoption

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience administering the Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, DLP policies, and environment architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Platform components and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Experience with connectors, custom connectors, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Excellent troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or PL-900

We're seeking an experienced Power Platform Administrator to manage, secure, and optimise an enterprise Power Platform environment. This role is critical in ensuring effective governance, scalable adoption, and smooth operation across Power Apps, Power Automate, and broader Microsoft 365 services.

Your responsibilities as the Power Platform Administrator:

  • Support environments across Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Power Platform Admin Centre
  • Manage environment capacity, lifecycle, and performance
  • Implement the Power Platform Centre of Excellence
  • Support the definition and enforcement of governance policies, including DLP policies and security roles
  • Provide guidance on solution architecture and application design
