Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with new suppliers to ensure robust commercial and contract terms
- Drafting and managing a variety of contracts including SOW’s, Frameworks etc
- Collaborate with project teams to align procurement plans with logistics transformation goals
- Run end to end tender processes for a range of goods (direct material and equipment bias)
- Support engineering stakeholders, interpret technical drawings and make recommendations
- Identify sourcing opportunities through ongoing market research activity
- Improve procurement processes and governance and risk management

Procurement Category Manager (12 months FTC) South East London £60k - £65k
This is an interesting 12 months fixed term contract opportunity for an immediately available Procurement or Category Manager who wants to play a key role in a global project. Working within a project team and cross functionally with a range of senior stakeholders you will perform a range of project activities to support the procurement of goods and services for the organisation.
This will include:
- Engaging with new suppliers to ensure robust commercial and contract terms
- Drafting and managing a variety of contracts including SOW’s, Frameworks etc
- Collaborate with project teams to align procurement plans with logistics transformation goals

This position will suit a generalist with a lean to managing end to end procurement activity for either Indirect Services or Direct materials and equipment. You must be UK based with current UK right to work. You must be based in the South East London / Kent area and available on short notice. This is a fantastic change to join a Global project team.
