Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the quality assurance process for projects.
- Support the operational team with accurate record keeping and document control.
- Collate and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) with engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Support design coordinators and design managers in their duties.
- Track equipment and update equipment registers.
- Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan.
- Support engineering teams and subcontractors with Non-Conformance Report (NCR) processes.
- Track and collate handover documentation to support Handover File and O&Ms.
- Be aware of environmental issues and comply with the Environmental Manual policy.
- Be aware of Occupational Health and Safety issues and comply with the OH&S policy statement.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.

To be considered, you must be from a civil engineering or construction background. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible to manage the quality assurance process. Ensure a project is handed over with accurate records and within the agreed timescales and quality standards.
Key duties to include but not limited to:
- Support the operational team with accurate record keeping and document control
- Collate and mange ITPs with engineering team and subcontractors
- Support design coordinators and design managers with their duties
- Track equipment and update equipment registers
- Update and compliance with Project Quality Plan
- Ensure project compliance with the project and quality procedures
- Support engineering team and subcontractors with NCR process
- Awareness of project specific handover documentation. Track and collate and handover documentation to support Handover File and O&Ms
- Awareness of Environmental issues within the construction company environment and the Environmental Manual policy and objectives
- Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety issues within the construction company environment and the OH&S policy statement and objectives
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position

Experience/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation

PAYE package is £5k car allowance, 25 days hol (rise for length of service) & x8 BHs, discretionary annual bonus scheme, 5 days company sick pay, life assurance, private medical insurance (BIK taxable), up to £600 professional membership fee, pension at 4% employer & 5% employee, free parking at all offices/ sites, PPE provided. PAYE, Ltd Company and CIS payment options are all available with this role.
