TheImpact.team are working with a medical device company and are undertaking an Operating Model Consulting assignment to review the current ways of working.
Commencing with the Software Development Life Cycle the role is to design a product aligned operating model to enable Product development to align with Governance, Risk and Sales priorities. This is a change management assignment initially undertaking a discovery phase followed by scope definition and Implementation.
Candidates should have consulting experience in Change management, be well versed in Agile ways of working and Jira process flows. The role is to
