Summary: The Informatica Product MDM Consultant role focuses on mapping data journeys and processes, identifying gaps and automation opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements for P360 implementations. The consultant will also be responsible for creating tracking and reporting artifacts to ensure effective governance of the MDM program. Key Responsibilities:
- Map end-to-end MDM data journeys across systems and business touchpoints: Current State and Future state
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
- Support rollouts, including end-to-end process mapping, gap analysis, and automation opportunity identification
- Define and document key MDM processes such as data ingestion, product lifecycle and onboarding, attribute normalization, product maintenance, and taxonomy change management
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Author functional and design blueprints for P360 implementations, including Unit of Measure (UoM) management, temporary item mastering, and product lifecycle management
- Ensure alignment between business needs and solution design
- Create and maintain program tracking and reporting artifacts, such as status update decks, issue and risk trackers, and automation tracking dashboards
