Summary: The OMS (Salesforce/IBM Sterling) Product Owner role involves leading the implementation of order management systems with a focus on IBM Sterling and Salesforce. The position requires collaboration with customer stakeholders to develop backlogs, user stories, and prioritize requirements within an Agile framework. The role is primarily remote and is expected to last for over six months. Candidates should possess extensive experience in product ownership and order management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Customer Product Owner to create backlogs and features.
  • Collaborate with Customer SMEs and consultants to create user stories and write them in JIRA board, including story sizing.
  • Assist Customer in prioritizing requirements.
  • Validate requirements/agile stories in subsequent phases of the project, including Agile Sprint Demo validation.
  • Provide insights on order management capabilities.
  • Support Customer in product management activities related to order orchestration.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS/Salesforce OMS implementation or product ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile processes.
  • Experience in creating user stories and managing backlogs in JIRA.
  • Ability to prioritize requirements effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills/experience

Candidate must have 10+ years of IBM Sterling OMS\Salesforce OMS implementation or product owner experience.

Work with Customer Product Owner to create backlogs and features.

Work with Customer SMEs and consultants to create user stories and writing the same in JIRA board including story sizing.

Assist Customer in prioritizing requirements.

Validating the requirement\agile story in subsequent phase of the project including Agile Sprint Demo validation

Provide point of view on Order management capabilities.

Product managers to assist and support Customer in product management activities

Order orchestration

Good knowledge on Agile Process
