Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, PI/PO, etc.).
- Manage client copies, system refreshes, transport management, performance tuning, and user administration.
- Monitor system health, logs, and jobs to ensure optimal performance.
- Support SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancement packs, support packs, and kernel upgrades.
- Support integration of BTP services with on-premise and cloud SAP systems.
- Manage SAP authorizations, roles, and profiles.
- Manage system monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues across SAP applications, DBs, and OS layers.
