Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang and Ruby
- Develop crypto and blockchain-related systems, including wallets, trading platforms, payments, and on-chain integrations
- Build and maintain APIs and microservices with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams in a fully remote environment
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Debug, optimise, and continuously improve production systems
Key Skills:
- Strong commercial experience with Golang and Ruby
- Proven background in crypto, blockchain, or digital asset environments
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimisation
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
- Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
