Service Designer
The purpose of the service design practice is to design products and services that are fit for purpose and us. To deliver an efficient practice we will need to understand the value streams as to how value is delivered to our internal and external customers, we will also need to create a framework for success as outline the metrics which will be needed to be reported on to show progress as the practice matures.
Successful candidates will have ideally worked in Public sector to GDS guidelines
Needs to have worked with UCD (User centred design teams)
