Summary: The Salesforce Technical Lead will report to the Project/Delivery Lead and is responsible for collaborating with clients to design solutions that meet their project requirements. This role involves leading operational teams in both Waterfall and Agile projects, facilitating workshops, and managing data migrations. The position is a 6-month contract classified as inside IR35, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Team in both Waterfall and Agile based projects for clients
- Facilitate and lead discussions in workshops
- Own and contribute to the High Level Design for a Project
- Own, contribute to and refine the user stories in a project
- Plan and execute a Data Migration as part of Project Delivery
- Proven experience working and performing deployments via the Salesforce CLI
- Plan and execute a deployment process based on Company Standards as part of Project Delivery
- Ensure certifications and up to date knowledge of Salesforce releases are maintained and provide support and guidance to Technical Delivery Team members to achieve this
- Identify reusable assets (design patterns, principles, technical components) and ensure these are actioned
- Support and provide mentorship to all members of your project team
