Summary: The Agile Portfolio Governance Lead role is a contractor position focused on implementing agile portfolio management within a product environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing agile portfolio management in a product or offerings environment.
- Budgeting and forecasting in an agile portfolio including lean budgeting and value stream funding.
- Defining and measuring key metrics and KPIs (e.g. Velocity, cycle time, predictability, OKRs).
- Data modelling and transformation handling both structured and unstructured data, including schema design and normalisation.
- Risk and dependency management.
- Coaching and change leadership.
