Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to multi-disciplinary teams on agile and scaled agile principles
- Assess current agile maturity and tailor coaching to address team-specific challenges and impediments
- Coach teams in adopting and improving agile ceremonies
- Support teams to establish strong team agreements and working norms
- Provide hands-on coaching in prioritisation, capacity planning, backlog management, and flow
- Support teams with definitions of ready and done
- Coach teams on breaking down work into epics, features, and user stories
- Support effective story slicing and managing work that spans multiple iterations
- Help teams use agile delivery tools effectively
- Support reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and visualisations
- Coach teams to prepare for quarterly planning
- Co-facilitate quarterly planning events alongside delivery leadership
- Run end-of-quarter diagnostics with teams and key roles
- Identify maturity improvements and agree next-step coaching plans

This role is hands-on and delivery focused, working directly with teams as they adopt agile and scaled agile ways of working, improve delivery maturity, and embed sustainable product practices.
