Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates Scrum Events: Organise and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring sessions are effective and goal-focused.
- Removes Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress, whether technical or organisational.
- Coaches the Team: Provide guidance to the team and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering self-organisation and continuous improvement.
- Protects the Team: Shield the team from distractions and external interference so they can focus on sprint goals.
- Ensures Transparency: Maintain visibility of progress using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, and encourage open, clear communication.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience applying Scrum to infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
- Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
